Modern kitchen with fridge, four plates, microwave oven, tea kettle, coffee maker and small dining table. Living room with sitting suit, fireplace, radio and TV with satellite. Access to the terrace. Upstairs 3 bedrooms – first with double bed and balcony, second with two single beds and third with one single bed and cot. Non-fenced garden, large terrace with garden furniture and parasol and garden barbecue. Parking on own property near the house.

Town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful castle, a hunting lodge Ohrada with a Zoo 10 km Village Hlasovice (on the UNESCO world cultural heritage list) 10 km, castle Kratochvile 11 km, town Ceske Budejovice 12 km, a historical town of Cesky Krumlov with a castle (also on the UNESCO world cultural heritage list) 34 km.
