Detached cottage, nicely and well furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, a coffee table, dining table, TV, fireplace and access to a terrace with fantastic view of the large water surface of the pond. Kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the loft there are two bedrooms - both with a double bed and one single bed. Both bedrooms have an access to a balcony. The cottage stands in a sunny location - non-fenced garden ends at the water. There is garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill and a fireplace to disposal. Private parking.

In South Bohemia, nearby the town Hluboka nad Vltavou, about 8 km northwest of the town Ceske Budejovice. The cottage stands on the edge of the cottage settlement, by the forest, right on the bank of the recreational pond Bezdrev (520 ha). Bezdrev is one of the largest south Bohemian ponds and is suitable for swimming and surfing. From the cottage there is a beautiful view of the pond, while sitting in the garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset. The area offers ideal conditions for swimming, water sports, hiking, biking and making many of various trips. There is a lot of interesting places and monuments in the surrounding. Pleasant town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful chateau and many cultural and sporting facilities is located just 2 km away. Hunting lodge Ohrada and a nice zoo with a restaurant 1 km. Czech metropolis of south Bohemia Ceske Budejovice 6 km. Chateaus Kratochvile 16 km and Tyn nad Vltavou 23 km. Spa town Trebon with a chateau 30 km, historical town and a chateau Cesky Krumlov (standing on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list) 30 km, town and chateau Jindrichuv Hradec 56 km. The area offers many picturesque villages with its former farm houses with coloured shields, castles, ruins and beautiful scenery with deep forests, hills and ponds.
