Free standing cottage, in 2009 newly built, nicely and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hall, living room with sofa, dining table for 6 persons, fireplace and satellite TV and DVD. Bar counter with two bar stools. Open kitchen with electric cooker with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and hand shower, separate toilet. In the loft there is a gallery with two single beds and small table and two bedrooms - the first with a double bed, one single bed, satellite TV, DVD and second bedroom with two single beds. Heating provided by wood stove. The garden is completely fenced. Garden with a swimming pool 8x4x1,5 m with countercurrent. Terrace with garden furniture and a portable grill is also available. Parking on a fenced land.

Pets allowed for a fee of CZK 450 per stay. Baby cot on request. After an agreement with the landlord it is possible to rent two bikes. The power consumption over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for up to 5/7 persons.

In south Bohemia, in a popular recreation area by a large pond Dehtar, which is suitable for swimming and particulary surfing (water area 230 ha), near the village Dehtář, about 12 km west from the town Ceske Budejovice. The cottage stands in a forest, in a picturesque countryside of south Bohemia, only 150 m from the pond. Beautiful and soothing view of the pond and the wooded hills behind it. The area is ideal for swimming, water sports, walking, cycling or making many various historical and cultural sights, which are located in the sourrounding. Town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful castle, a hunting lodge Ohrada with a Zoo 10 km Village Hlasovice (on the UNESCO world cultural heritage list) 10 km, castle Kratochvile 11 km, town Ceske Budejovice 12 km, a historical town of Cesky Krumlov with a castle (also on the UNESCO world cultural heritage list) 34 km. Absolutely a great place for a beautiful and relaxing family vacation.
