Free-standing cottage, simply furnished. Entrance, porch, living room with a sofa(extra bed), dining area, fireplace and TV. A small kitchenette with gas stove with electric oven, fridge, kettle, cofee machine and microwave. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. In the loft there three bedrooms. The first with two single beds standing side by side as a double bed, second bedroom with two single beds and the thirdt with a single bed. Heated by fireplace. The garden is not fenced, there is garden furniture with sunshade, portable garden grill and fireplace at disposal. Own parking for 2 cars.

One dog allowed. In the cottage there is only a potable water, drinking water is available 30 meters from the cottage (you will get a key to a well). In a pond Bezdrev there is not allowed to do fishing. Electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot (50 kWh per week is included in a price). There is a boat, a large inflatable boat and canoe to disposal for free. The cottage is suitable for up to 4/6 persons.

In south Bohemia, near the town Hluboká nad Vltavou, about 6 km northwest of the south Bohemian metropolitan town Ceske Budejovice. The cottage is situated in a popular holiday village on the bank of a large pond Bezdrev where you can swim and surf (with an area of 520 ha is Bezdrev one of the largest lakes in south Bohemia). Land of the cottage ends just at a shore of the pond, where is an access to a water. The location is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday with magnificent view of the pond, but the area also offers good conditions for making many various sports and cultural activities. Popular tourist town Hluboka nad Vltavou is only 3 km away - you will find here all amenities and a beautiful castle. Hunting lodge Ohrada and Zoo 1,5 km. Picturesque historic town of Cesky Krumlov (protected by UNESCO) with romatic streets, many restaurants with terraces, beautiful chateau and unique revolving theater stage under the open sky 30 km. Monastery Zlata Koruna and possibility of renting canoes and rafts 25 km.
