Detached cottage on the edge of the forest, with sitting on the terrace, fireplace and swing in the shade under the trees. On the lower ground floor, kitchen with dining table, fireplace and kitchenette with gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and kettle. Entrance to the main living area through a veranda with a sofa. First bedroom with sofa set (extra double bed) and TV. Second bedroom with double bed and two single beds. Third bedroom with double bed. Shower and sink in the hallway. Separate WC. Direct heater heating. Guests have access to a terrace with outdoor seating and a view of the forest. Guests have free use of the punt at the private jetty for cruises on the dam. Garden with swing and fire pit. Parking for 2 cars at the property.

At the popular Slapy dam, in the Central Bohemia region, 22 km from Dobříš and approx. 35 km south of Prague. The cottage is located in the cottage area of the village of Slapy, in a quiet place near the forest, approximately 500 m from the dam. The place is especially sought after for summer tourism and staying by the water thanks to good conditions for swimming and full facilities for visitors with all necessary services nearby. If you are planning a trip, we definitely recommend the town of Dobříš with its beautiful castle, French castle garden, English park and museum, as well as, for example, Týnec nad Sázavou castle (27 km), Konopiště castle (30 km), Příčovy windmill (25 km) or Slapy rope park (14 km).
