Detached holiday house, partly renewed and effectively furnished. This property sits on hillside; inhabited ground floor and basement. Entry, hall, bed-sitting room with fold-out sofa (extra bed). Large living room with sofa for 5 persons, dining table for 8 persons and entry to covered terrace with wooden garden furniture. Kitchen: induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, toaster and remoska. Double room and twin bedded room. Modern bathroom with bath. Separate toilet. Basement: bathroom with shower and twin bedded room. Electric heating. This holiday house sits on own property with a seating posibility at campfire and a barbecue. Parking in public car park 25 m from the house. There is also a small pier for two boots down by the shore.

Pets allowed for a fee of 450 CZK / animal / week. Electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week and tourist tax is paid on the spot. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. In central Bohemia, in holiday village near Nova Rabyne, 40 km south of Prague. Beautiful location right at dam Slapy, on hill at the edge of forest. Own water access 10 m from property. You can swim, run water sports or fish (with a permit) there. Beautiful view of the dam, sailboats and inlet on the opposite dam bank from terrace. Beach, boats and pedal boats for rent 300 m. Shops and restaurant 300 m and 3 km. Tennis 400 m and 1,5 km, horse riding 6 km, golf and castle Konopiste 20 km.
