Entrance hall, large living room with sitting area, decorative fireplace, several dining tables and a large flat TV screen. Open kitchen with two induction hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second (chemical) toilet is outside. Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm), second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bunk bed. Third bedroom with two bunk beds. Electric heating. The garden is partially fenced, terrace, garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace, sandpit, net swing and parasol. Private parking.

In Central Bohemia, in a very popular area near the Slapy reservoir, on the edge of a cottage area, on the hill and by the forest, only 10 minutes from the reservoir. The house belongs to the village Křečovice near Nová Živohošť, 8 km west of Neveklov and 45 km from Prague. An ideal place for family recreation, swimming, boat trips and motor boats, cycling, fishing, many attractions and the capital city of Prague visit. Konopiště Castle 18 km, Dobříš Castle 34 km, Český Štenberk Castle 44 km, Prague 45 km, then you can visit Karlštejn Castle, Sázava Monastery, Tábor and Kotnov Castle, Vlašim Chateau and Blaník Mountain.
