Two detached cottages on a large plot, both completely renovated in 2017. The main house has an entrance through the terrace to the veranda overlooking the reservoir and into the green. Living room with sitting area (two single beds), fireplace and TV. Kitchen with fridge / freezer, electric cooker with hot air oven and ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and kettle. The living room is in open connection with a small bedroom with a double bed, from where you reach the hallway with a sink through a sliding door. From the hallway access to the bathroom with shower and toilet and to the second bedroom with a double bed. Electric heaters. The second house has the third bedroom with a double bed and is about 10 meters from the main house. You have a swimming pool 5.5 x 3.7 m, garden furniture, barbecue, garden fireplace, garage which you can use for your bicycles. Own parking for two cars on the property. Occupancy of a maximum of 6/8 presones.

In Central Bohemia, by the dam Slapy, on the edge of the holiday village Slapy - Lahoz, 7 km from Štěchovice and 35 km south from Prague. Very attractive location with view on the dam. The large garden is fenced by a hedge, which guarantees maximum privacy. Quiet location for a relaxing holiday. Nearby you will find many sport and cultural possibilities like: swimming, water sports, surfing, steamer tour, boat and pedal boat rental, cycling, cultural attractions in Prague (bus stop Slapy - Prague 2 km), Konopiště Castle 35 km, Karlštejn Castle 40 km and much more.
