Detached cottage with fenced garden. Entrance by outdoor stairs, terrace with garden seating and views of the greenery. Main living room with kitchen, dining room, new seating group (two comfortable beds) and LCD TV. Kitchen with two-burner electric stove, microwave with grill, refrigerator with integrated freezer, kettle and kitchenware. Dining table for 4 people. An open gallery with two mattresses above the room. Separate bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. Heating of the cottage with electric heaters and stove. Guests have at their disposal a fenced garden with grown trees, a fireplace and covered parking for 1 vehicle.

Location description
At the Slapy dam, in the recreational village of Měřín, about 50 km south of Prague. The cottage is located in a quiet part of the cottage area, near the forest, less than 500 m from the dam. The place is very suitable for a holiday by the water. Large grassy and sandy beaches, clear water, a sports complex with beach volleyball and tennis courts, a restaurant, or a boat rental. In case of bad weather you can visit the local aqua center with a water slide and wellness. If you want to travel around the sights, we definitely recommend visiting for example the beautiful castle Dobříš with a French garden (25 km), the famous castle Konopiště (20 km) or the historic town of Sedlčany (24 km) with the largest windmill nearby.
