Free-standing cottage, in 2008 newly built and well furnished. All rooms are in one level. Entry, living room with sofa (also fold-out double bed), fireplace, TV and dining table. A small kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee-maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with a double bed and second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk-bed. Heating by a fireplace or electric. The garden is fenced, wooden garden table with benches, parasol, portable grill, fire-place, swimming pool (diameter 3,5 m), sandpit, swing and toys for childern at disposal. Own parking in the garden.

In central Bohemia, on the edge of a small recreational village called Osecek, ca 7 km south of the city Podebrady and only 45 km from the capital city Praha (Prague). The chalet stands near the forest and about 200 m from the house flows the river Labe (Elbe). A quiet place with a view of the garden, the meadows and forest. Surroundings offers good conditions for swimming, walking, cycling and visiting various sightseeings. About 2 km from the cottage there is a small port, where it is possible to take a trip with a steamboat to the city Podebrady and back. City Podebrady with spa, chateau and golf course 7 km, castle Chlumec nad Cidlinou 24 km, city Kutna Hora 18 km, open-air museum in Prerov nad Labem 30 km.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant (Velky Osek) 2 km, another restaurant (Motel Osecek) 1 km. Supermarket (Podebrady) 7 km and (Kolin) 8 km. About 200 m from the cottage start marked cycling paths. Aquapark and sauna (Kolin) 8 km. Tennis court, the former sand quarry with a beach, where it is possible to bathe, and a small childrens zoo (Velky Osek) 2 km. Swimming in the former sand quarries 3,5 and 6 km. Boat renting and fishing (with a permit) in the river Labe (Elbe) 250 m. Another possibillity to fish in the pond "Macidlo - Velky Osek" 2 km (no permit required, but fishing is for a fee).
