Description of accommodation

Free-standing holiday cottage, well furnished. Entry, living room with sofa, hot-flue fireplace with heater and satellite TV. Entry to covered terrace with dining area (which may also be situated inside). Partly-open kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms – the first with a double bed, the second with a double bed and entrance to the balcony, and the third with two double beds. There is a fenced garden with garden furniture, garden barbecue with sitting(at the lake bank) and fireplace at disposal. Garden ends by the pond.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. No pets allowed. For a fee you can rent two bikes and a boat. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Driveway: about 500 m rural road (access via an unpaved road). Cottage is suitable for maximum of 5 persons.

Location description

In central Bohemia, in a holiday area on the shore of pond Libohost (fishing is prohibited here!!!), about 15 km southwest of town Benesov and about 50 km from the capital Praha (Prague). The house stands on a quiet place with a view of the pond and woods in the vicinity. On the other side of the pond, there is a farm where horses are kept. About 4 km from the cottage you can visit the deer-park with fallow deers, mouflons and goats.
Distances: Basic foods and restaurant (Bystrice) 6 km, other restaurant (Janovice) 4 km. Out-door and in-door swimming pool, sauna and tennis court (Benesov) 15 km. Minigolf und nice golf course near hunting-lodge Konopiste 15 km. Horse riding (settlement Podoli) 4 km or (Nova Ves) 10 km. Swimming and water sports running in the pond near the cottage 20 m or in the dam Slapy 25 km.
