Standalone holiday house, pleasantly designed with numerous wood-design elements. Entry through a porch with a seating (bench and table) with Sattelite-TV and an entry to a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, water basin and a toilet. Spacious living room with leather sofa, fireplace and a niche-styled bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchen and stairs to the first floor. Kitchen underwent a complete reconstruction in 2016 and it´s equipped with a ceramic hot plate, hot air stove, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and a kettle. Upstairs there are a total of 4 bedrooms. The first with one double bed. Second bedroom with double bed and access to the balcony. Third bedroom with two single beds. Fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and stairs to the attic with four more beds. Electric secondary heating possible. House stands on it´s own completely fenced grounds with a garden. Garden contains relaxational part with a sheltered outside seating with a sheltered swimming pool (5 x 3 x 1.2m with filtration) with sunbeds, sheltered bar with bar stools for 6 people and a portable grill. Parking for 2 cars in front of the house and 1 another parking place next to the whole property.

Pets are available upon prior agreement for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Consumption of electricity and firewood is to be fully paid on the spot. Final cleanup is to be done by the landlord for a fee (€ 65). Storage for bikes is available in the basement. House is suitable for up to 14 people.

In central Bohemia, in Posázaví region along Sázava river, on the edge of small cottage area near Hvězdonice village, ca 29 km to the southeast from Prague. Family house stands close to the forest, almost alone with the exception of the few houses in the close proximity. Very pleasant place, giving many opportunities for trips and spending your well-deserved holiday. Several hiking and cycling trails can be found in near area (especially in Posázaví region). We warmly recommend you to visit f.e. Soběhrdy Farm/Park (6km), Sázava chateau (former monastery) (10 km), Konopiště chateau (13 km), Šternberk castle (14 km), Jemniště chateau (14 km), Slapy dam (25 km), Jablonná chateau (25 km), Zruč nad Sázavou chateau (28 km), Jupiter Praha spa (30 km), Aquapalace Praha Čestlice (30 km) and many others. Beautiful capital city of Prague is only 30 minutes of highway driving away.
