Ground floor with living room with fireplace, satellite TV, large terrace with awning, dining room for 6 people, open kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Shower and toilet separately. Upstairs there is a gallery that serves as a bedroom with 2 single beds (sofa bed), one bedroom with one double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The house has a central electric heating system and the possibility of using the local heating system for additional heating in individual rooms. Fenced garden, garden furniture with umbrella, outdoor fireplace, sandbox for children. There is a garage for one car and cellar. Parking in the garden and in the garage.
