Entrance porch with dining table and benches for 6 people, living room with sofa (fold-out extra bed), fireplace, TV with set-top box. Kitchen with refrigerator, 2 electric hot plates, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a living hall with TV and sitting area, a single bed, baby bed and access to the balcony. From the living hall you reach two bedrooms, one with a double bed (170cm wide) and one with a 125 cm wide bed. Heating with fireplace. The garden is partly enclosed by a hedge, garden furniture and fire pit. Private parking.

One pet allowed (small to medium breed, CZK 1,000/pet/week). Electricity included in the price of the stay! A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is paid in advance with the amount for the stay. The property is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Clients take their own bedlinen or it can be rented by the landlord for a fee EUR 2,-/week/set after agreement.

In Central Bohemia , at the edge of a resort and the village of Petrov Chlomek, just 25 km south of Prague and 3 km from the village Davle. In a quiet position on a slope, in the woods and just 300 m from the river Sázava. Great starting position for different excursions, attractions, tours to Prague, biking, fishing, berry picking, swimming in dam Slapy and others. The center of Prague is only 25 km away. If you want to make a trip to Prague, you can park the car at the house and just 300 meters away is a small railway station. From here you can easily go on a scenic route to the center of Prague. Interesting sights: Konopiste 27 km, Karlstejn Castle 33 km, stalactite dens Koneprusy 40 km, and many castles, Krivoklatsko, Mnisek pod Brdy, Dobris, Horovice, Cesky Sternberg and much more.
