Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic coffee maker BOSCH, kettle and cookware. In the living room dining table for 5 persons, sofa (extra bed for 1 person), LCD TV and fireplace. Bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. On the ground floor with separate entrance from the garden there is an apartment with a double bed, LCD TV and kitchenette. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, also separately accessible from the garden. Heating of the building by electric heaters (infrapanel) and local stove. Guests have a garden sitting with portable grill, fireplace, hammock, garden shower, swimming pool with a filtration and diameter of 3 m and trampoline for children. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

In South Bohemia, only 300 m from the river Otava (fishing and swimming), in a small cottage settlement, near the village of Čížová and the town of Písek (5 km). The cottage is set in its own garden with a hedge and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The location is suitable not only for swimming and fishing, but also for exploring. Do not miss one of the South Bohemian jewels, the town of Písek with its historic center and the oldest stone bridge in Central Europe. Nice experience will certainly be a visit to Zvíkov Castle (21 km) at the Orlík Dam (swimming, fishing, boat cruises), Orlík Castle on the other side of the dam (36 km) and for a longer trip we recommend the beautiful Rabí Castle (52 km) or famous Hluboká Castle (53 km). Nearby you can find the castles Vráž (8 km) and Blatná (28 km). With children, you can visit the outdoor swimming pool Zvíkov (20 km) or indoor swimming pool with sauna in Písek (7 km). An interesting trip destination can be the Sedláček Trail, leading 25 km along the Otava River from Písek to Zvíkov.
