Entrance through patio, entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, spacious living room with seating for 6 people, fireplace, satellite TV and set-top box, radio and dining table for 6 people. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. In the attic, there is a hall with seating for four people and three bedrooms. The first with a double bed and entry to the second bed room with bunk beds, seating for 2 people and access to the balcony with a seating area with a spectacular view of the surroundings. Thirdt bed room with a double bed. Heating with fireplace. The house stands on its own fenced garden plot with garden furniture (plastic) with parasol and barbecue. Parking in the fenced garden at the house.

In South Bohemia, at the edge of the small holiday village Semenec, about 1.5 km west of Tyn nad Vltavou, on the right bank of the Vltava River with views of the river valley and the surrounding countryside. The area is ideal for hiking and cycling along beautiful marked hiking trails, swimming, fishing, various sporting activities and excursions to cultural and historical monuments.
