Free standing wooden chalet, in 2011 newly built, very nicely furnished. Enterance through a covered terrace with sitting area, hall, kitchen with dining table for 7 persons, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and kettle. Satellite TV. Two bedrooms - the first with two single beds and one extra bed and the other with four single beds. Bathroom with shower and wash-basin. Separate toilet. Heated by electric heaters. The cottage stands on a non-fenced land with a view of the river. There is a roofed terrace with sitting (tables and benches) and garden grill and a fireplace (shared with the second holiday home) at disposal. Enough parking space by the cottage.

One pet allowed. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. Possibility of renting a boat! About 100 m from the object there is a horse-breeding farm. Near is another cottage that is another cottage to rent of the same landlord - it is suitable for 3/5 persons and can be found under our code JC 0043. The cottage is suitable for up to 7 persons.

In south Bohemia, in a small cottage settlement just on the Vltava river, in an area between the dams Korensko (4 km, the confluence of the Vltava and Luznice river) and Orlik, in the locality called Ujezd - Dvur, near the village Neznasov, 5 km west of the town Tyn nad Vltavou. The cottage stands on a gentle slope, just 70 meters from the river, where you can swim and fish. An ideal place for a quiet holiday, the area offers excellent conditions for fishing, hiking and cycling. There also is many cultural and historical landmarks - such as a town Pisek with the castle and the oldest stone bridge in central Europe 20 km, town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful castle and hunting lodge Ohrada and Zoo 26 km, a water castle Zvikov 36 km, castle Kratochvile 33 km, the historic town of Tabor and the south Bohemians metropolis Ceske Budejovice 37 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurants (Albrechtice) 4 km and (Tyn nad Vltavou) 5 km, more restaurants and a supermarket (Tyn nad Vltavou) 5 km.
