Freestanding wooden cottage, in 2009 newly built, nicely furnished. Enter through the covered terrace with sitting area, little hall. Kitchen with dining table for 4 people, electric cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Entrance to the bedroom (three stairs) with three single beds and satellite TV. Second bedroom with two single beds and TV. Heated by the wood stoves or electric heaters. The cottage stands on a non fenced land, overlooking the river. There is a garden furniture, garden grill and a fireplace(shared with the second holiday home) at disposal. Enough parking space in front of the cottage.

One pet allowed. Electricity consumption and bedlinen (CZK 60,-/set) shall be paid on the spot. Possibility of renting a boat (for fee)! About 100 m from the object there is a horse-breeding farm. Near is another cottage that is another cottage to rent of the same landlord - it is suitable for 7/8 persons and can be found under our code JC 0143. The cottage is suitable for up to 4/5 persons.

In south Bohemia, in a small cottage settlement on the Vltava river, in an area between the dams Korensko (4 km, the confluence of the Vltava and Luznice river) and Orlik, in the locality called Ujezd - Dvur, near the village Neznasov, 5 km west of the town Tyn nad Vltavou. The cottage stands on a gentle slope, just 70 meters from the river, where you can swim and fish. An ideal place for a quiet holiday, the area offers excellent conditions for fishing, hiking and cycling. There also is many cultural and historical landmarks - such as a town Pisek with the castle and the oldest stone bridge in central Europe 20 km, town Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful castle and hunting lodge Ohrada and Zoo 26 km, a water castle Zvíkov 36 km, castle Kratochvíle 33 km, the historic town of Tabor and the south Bohemians metropolis Ceske Budejovice 37 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurants (Albrechtice) 4 km and (Tyn nad Vltavou) 5 km, more restaurants and a supermarket (Tyn nad Vltavou) 5 km.
