Living room with sofa (also an extra bed), a rattan sofa, dining table, TV, fireplace and wood stoves. Small kitchen with a electric stove with gas cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Double bedroom. Stairs to the attic. You get to the cosy attic through the trap door (hatch) there is a bedroom with two standard single beds and two single beds for persons up to max. 50 kg and a balcony. Heatied by wood stoves and fireplace. The cottage stands on its own land that is fenced by high hedge. You have a complete privacy, there is terace, wooden garden furniture with sunshade, portable grill and fireplace to disposal. Parking in front of the cottage.

Baby cot on request. One dog allowed. Possibility of extra bed (deck-chair) for the sixth person. Electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week shell be paid on-site to the landlord. The landlord can arrange tennis lessons with a professional trainer at a private court in Pisek for you and renting of 2 bicycles (for fee). The cottage is suitable for up to 7 persons.

In south Bohemia, in a tiny recreational area (only about 8 cottages) in the vicinity of the villages Borečnice and Čížová, about 5 km north of the town Pisek with a nice historical center and the oldest stone bridge in central Europe. The cottage stands on a gentle slope, only about 100 m from the river Otava, where you can swim and fish. The garden is enclosed with a high hedge, which guarantees you absolute peace and privacy. The sourrounding offers a beautiful south Bohemian countryside with many meadows, fields and forests, a large recreational dam Orlik is distanced only 12 km. The area is ideal for a quiet family holiday, swimming, hiking and biking, fishing and making many various trips. There are many historical and cultural landmarks - such as castle Zvíkov 14 km, town and castle Pisek 5 km, chateau Orlik 20 km, Blatná 23 km and Lnáře 31 km. The capital city of Prague is distanced only 96 km and is certainly worth to visit.

On a narrow path you will get to a river Otava, which is just about 100 meters - here you can swim, do water sports and fishing (fishermens paradise, permit required).
