Small recreational park with five identical free-standing cottages (JC0009,JC0011,JC0012,JC0013), in 2009, newly built and very nice, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Living area of each cottage is about 60 m2. Entrance, living room with a sofa (also double sofa bed), dining table, fireplace, TV with DVD and set-top box and access to covered terrace. Open kitchen with two electric cooking plates, fridge, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic there is a small hall and two bedrooms - one with double bed and sitting area and the second with a double bed, one single bed and sitting area. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture. The park is completely fenced, for all the cottages together there is a tennis and volleyball courts, playground with sandpit, climbing frame and slide, than little snack bar with service, covered terrace with wooden tables and benches, garden grill and fireplace and outside toilet. In the areal you will also find a little farm, where children can feed animals. Each cottage has its own parking.

Baby cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Wifi. In each cottage there is an alarm instaled. On the spot shall be paid: the consumption of electricity, water and wood (EUR 4,-/bag). In winterseason is paid also the preheating of each cottage - EUR 40,-/cottage. Since there is an electricity heating in the cottage clients must count on higher consumption of electricity in the winterseason - ca EUR 80,- per week. Each cottage is suitable for up to 5/7 persons.

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of the village Koloděje nad Lužnicí, about 2 km north of the town Tyn nad Vltavou. Cottages built on a hill, on the slope under the forest near the river Luznice, and together formed in a small recreation area with five cottages and a common outdoor seating and a playground. Surroundings offer ideal conditions for hiking and cycling on a nice marked trails, swimming, fishing, doing many various sports activities and visiting many cultural and historical monuments. Town Tyn nad Vltavou with castle 2 km, The spa town Bechyně 10 km, Dobronice ruins 16 km, famous tourist town Hluboká nad Vltavou with beautiful castle 23 km, the hunting lodge Ohrada with a Zoo 23 km, the historic town of Pisek with a castle 27 km, the historic town Tábor and a castle Kotnov 36 km, known South Bohemians towns and castles Trebon and Jindrichuv Hradec, castle Cervena Lhota and many others. Romantic trip by train between the towns of Tabor and Bechyne.
