Detached cottage, on its own fenced property. Entrance from the elevated ground floor, dining room with dining table for 5 persons, living room with seating group for 4 persons (folding double bed), fireplace and a LED satellite TV. From the living room access to the corner terrace. Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bed (suitable for a child under 12 years old), a second bedroom with a double bed, a smaller bed (suitable for a child under 12 years old), a TV and a balcony. The building is heated by electric heaters. Possibility of sitting on the terrace. There is a fireplace in the garden. Parking for up to 4 vehicles next to the property.

In Central Bohemia, in the small village of Trhovky, 300 meters from the Orlík dam. The cottage is situated on a mild slope and it offers a wonderful view of the rich greenery and partly the Orlík Dam. The quiet cottage area is especially suitable for families with children. The location offers relaxation in nature and rich possibilities of water sports. Directly in the village of Trhovky you can find an accessible sports complex, beach and boats or surfboards rental. The surroundings are ideal for visiting number of cultural monuments such as the castle park and the tomb at the Orlík Castle (21 km), the Zvíkov Castle (31 km), lookout and ruins of the Vrškamýk Castle (18 km), the church of the Saint Prokop in Staré Sedlo (20 km) or a significant pilgrimage site of the Marian Basilica in the Svatá Hora near Příbram (27 km).
