Detached wooden cottage, newly built in 2015, comfortably furnished with a great atmosphere in the woods and yet near the dam. Entrance, living room connected with kitchen. In the living room the is seating group (extra bed for 1 person), LCD TV and a fireplace, dining table for 4 people and equipped kitchen with stove (electric), oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and kitchenware. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is an entrance to the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The cottage is heated locally by a stove with hot air distribution. Guests have at their disposal an unfenced garden around the cottage, a fireplace with seating on the adjacent stones (only a small fire - risk of fire), garden seating and a portable barbecue. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

In southern Bohemia, 11 km west of Milevsko and 19 km north of Písek. The cottage is located in semi-solitude (a few cottages in the area), is surrounded by forest and its advantage is a quiet location with beautiful nature. Your accommodation is located just a short walk from the Orlík reservoir (1 km, also suitable for fishermen), only 7 km from Zvíkovské Podhradí (Zvíkov Castle). Next to the castle there is a dock and the castle bistro Katovna. Orlík Castle is less than 16 km away. Near the chateau you will find the chateau restaurant U Toryka and the marina, which offers a number of cruises with views of the chateau and the surrounding countryside. In the castle grounds you can see all kinds of fish that live in the Orlická dam and also many others thanks to the aquarium, which includes a small ‘‘zoo corner ‘‘. Every enthusiast of technology should visit the highest bridge in the Czech Republic (Žďákovský most), which rises above the Orlická dam. If you are tired of swimming in Orlík, you can visit the water park in the town of Příbram (35 km), which has a sauna, steam bath and sport possibilities. Another indoor pool can be found in nearby Písek, which also boasts the oldest stone bridge in Central Europe and many other monuments.
