Detached, recently built recreational house. In the basement you will find a common room with fire-place, siting area and sat-TV. On the ground foor there is a living room with three-piece suite, dining table, satellite TV-set, fire-place oven and entrance to the terrace. Kitchen with electric plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea-kettle and coffee-maker. Bathroom with a bath and a toilet. In the attic are two bedrooms - one continuous with a double bed, two single beds, TV-set and balcony, and the second with two single beds. The garden is not fenced, pergola, garden furniture and garden barbecue at disposal. Private parking place.

Pets are not allowed. Washing machine and after agreement with the owner and for a fee also a fishing boat at disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. We are offering two more cottages in the immediate vicinity of the houses - codes JC 0103 and JC 0439. The cottage is suitable for up to 6 persons.

In South Bohemia, in the recreational settlement near to the village Pisecka Smolec, ca. 20 km to the east from the historical town Pisek. Exclusive location in the recreational area, ca. 100 m from the large dam reservoir Orlik, where you can swim, surf and fish. The chalet stands in the woods, on a hill with a view of the valley with the dam. In the surrounding you can find many places of interest, e.g. castle Zvikov 25 km, chateau Oflik 30 km and Hluboka nad Vltavou 39 km.
