Freestanding brick two-storey cottage with a glazed wooden porch on the first floor. The whole object is for rent. Enter to the upper part of the cottage through the hall. Living room with sofa (extra bed for one person) and one single bed, satellite TV, conference table with two chairs and a fan with regulation. Separate kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and grill, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and access to porch. The glassed porch with openable windows and dining table with chairs. Separate WC. At the ground floor of the cottage is a bedroom with three single beds with tables with lamps and entrance to bathroom. Bathroom with shower. Electric heating. The garden is unfenced, on the hill, available terrace with garden furniture with a portable folding gazebo, a portable grill and a fireplace. Private parking 20 m far.

In South Bohemia; very restful location in wood, on hill, right above the bank of Orlik dam reservoir. This hut is situated near village Cervena nad Vltavou, 17 km northeast of historical town Pisek. Shop and restaurant 1 km, other shops and restaurant 7 and 10 km. Swimming pool (in-door) and sauna by Zvikov hotel 15 km. Swimming 80 m with slighter slope water access. Fishing possibilities (with a fishing permit, which is to buy in place). Natural swimming in Orlik dam reservoir, boats for rent 7 km. Tennis 13 and 15 km, golf course 24 km.
