Detached house, very cozy. Foyer, living room with two-seater and armchair, dining table for 6 people, beautiful tiled fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace with views over the green and the lake. Small kitchen with 4 ring gas cooker, fridge, kettle and microwave. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two double beds and a balcony. Heated by the fireplace. The house stands on its own land and there is garden furniture, portable grill, fire pit and for children slide, small trampoline and sand pit at disposal. Private parking.

In South Bohemia, very attractive, located in the recreational area of the reservoirs Orlik, on the outskirts of the tourist village Radava, about 16 km north-west of the town Milevsko and 35 km from the historic town of Pisek. The house stands on the edge of the forest and only a few meters from the dam Orlik with swimming and beach. From the bay you can even see the castle Orlik! Great area for swimming, water sports and visits to various cultural and historical attractions. At the reservoir Orlik, you can also take boat trips on the steamer. Orlik Castle 11 km, Zvíkov 21 km, Monastery Milevsko 16 km, Castle Breznice 27 km, with a castle town of Pisek, 35 km, 35 km Blatna Castle, historic castle town of Tabor with Kotnov 38 km and much, much more!
