Freestanding cottage, in 2010 renovated. Entrance via a covered terrace, living room with sofa for 4 persons (possibility of one extra bed), satellite TV, CD with radio and a fireplace. Open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, kettle and dishwasher. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a folded sofa (two beds). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Heated by a fireplace with a divorce. The garden is fenced, there is covered terrace with garden furniture and garden grill at disposal. Parking on the land by the cottage.

One pet allowed (only a small breed). Washing machine and baby cot at disposal. The electricity consumption over 50 kWh shall be paid on the spot. Possibility to rent a laminate boat for 4 people (including paddles) for a fee of € 150,- / week. The cottage is suitable for up to a 4/5 persons.

Exclusive location in a recreation area, about 80 m from the river Vltava, with its sandy beach, where you can swim and fish. Cottage stands on a gentle slope near the forest and offers a spectacular view of a greenery and the river. There are many sights in the surrounding such as the historical town of Pisek with the oldest stain bridge in the central Europe and the castle 12 km, castle Zvikov 15 km, castle Orlik 27 km, spa town Bechyne 20 km, historical town Tabor with a castle Kotnov 34 km, Hluboka nad Vltavou with a beautiful castle, zoo and hunting lodge Ohrada 38 km.
