Entry, hall, living room with sofa for 6/8 persons, dinning table for 10 persons, fireplace and sat-TV. Kitchen with fridge, gas cooker, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with shower; separate toilet. First floor: bedroom with two double beds and bedroom with double bed and two separate beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. Garden on slope; large terrace, garden fireplace, portable grill and garden furniture with beach umbrella at your disposal. Own parking lot. Gas central heating and freestanding stove.

Pets not allowed. Possibility of internet connection. The consumption of gas for heating (ca. EUR 15,-/day) and cooking (ca. EUR 2,-/day) and electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on spot. The landlord has his own room in the ground floor, where he can stay occasionally to take care about heating in the cold days. Haus is suitable for maximal 10 persons.
