Free-standing cottage, very spacious, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. Entrance hallway, large living room / common room with dining tables and chairs for a total of 14 persons, a beautiful fireplace, flat panel satellite TV and access to the terrace with pergola. The living room is connected with the kitchen equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob and a convection oven, fridge / freezer, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower and wash-basin. Two separate toilets. In the first floor there is a corridor with one emergency bed and two bedrooms - the first with a double bed, one single bed and sitting area and the second bedroom with two double beds and sitting area. In the attic there are two more bedrooms - one with three single beds and sitting area and one with two double beds and sitting area. Electric heating. Spacious, fenced garden with three terraces, there is a pergola, wooden garden furniture (tables and benches), parasol, large garden grill suitable for even roasting a pig, smokehouse and a fireplace to disposal. From the garden there is an access to a beach and the water by a little gate. Plenty of parking spaces in the garden.

Child cot on request. Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. On the shore of the dam ,there is a boat grounded, that you can use. Consumption of electricity shall be paid on the spot. Firewood can be purchased on the spot (ca. CZK 140,-/bag). The cottage is suitable for up to 10 persons + baby.

In eastern Bohemia, a great place on a peninsula on the shore of a large recreational reservoir Rozkos, near the village Nahorany, about 14 km southwest of the town Nachod and only 16 km from the border with Poland. Cottage stands almost secluded (in the neighborhood there are only two other cottages), a beautiful place surrounded by greenery and a partial viewed of the water reservoir area. The area offers many interesting excursion destinations, cultural and historical sites and sports facilities. Surrounding area offers ideal conditions for a peaceful family holiday, swimming, fishing and biking. Castles Nove Mesto nad Metuji 6 km, Ratiborice 8 km, Nachod 14 km, Kuks 23 km, Opocno 14 km and Skalka 17 km. Safari - Zoo Dvur Kralove nad Labem 30 km. Eagle Mountains 25 km and protected area "Broumovsko" with the famous sandstone rocks and rock formations 20 km.
Distances: Basic food, supermarkets and restaurants (Ceska Skalice) 5 km and (Nove Město) 6 km. Small restaurant - bistro (snackbar) 300 m. Swimming and doing water sports on the dam Rozkos - only 30 m. You can also fish there about 100 m far from the house (permit required). Tennis court 300 m. Horse riding (Velka Jesenice) 3 km and (Ratiborice) 7 km. Sport airfield with possibilities of sightseeing flights and parachute jumps (Nove Mesto) 3 km. Bicycle hire (Ceska Skalice) 5 km.
