You share a type of coottage "two under one roof" with indoor swimming pool. Living area about 61 m2. Entrance, small hallway. Living room with sofa, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Glass room with indoor swimming pool 2,2 x 5 m (electrically heated), sauna, shower and a small home gym with access to the terrace. In the attic there are two bedrooms - one with two single beds and second bedroom with double bed, one single bed and a balcony (second bedroom is accessible only through the first). Electric heating. The garden is fenced, there is a garden furniture and nature fireplace. Own parking.

Pets are not allowed. The swimming pool from April to September at disposal. WiFi internet connection (for a fee EUR 4,-/week) at disposal. Own tennis court. Consumption of electricity shall be paid on-site to a landlord. Own bed linen or to rent for a fee of EUR 4,-/set. In the neighbouring house lives the landlord.

At the foot of the Eagle Mountains, on the outskirts of the village Javornice, about 6 km east of the town Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Wonderful place for a quiet family holiday. Cottage is a beautiful hilly countryside, at an altitude of about 490 m above a sea level, there is a beautiful view over the meadows and forest. Surroundings are ideal for hiking, biking and making many various trips. Fortress Hanička, Potštejn ruins, safari - zoo in Dvur Kralove nad Labem, castles Opočno, Doudleby, Skalka and Častolovice (10 - 24 km).
Distances: Basic food in a village 500 m, supermarket and restaurants (Rychnov nad Kněžnou) 6 km. Here is also a swimming pool, mini golf and squash. Golf courte (Velichovky) 20 km and horse riding (Rokytnice v Orlických horách) 10 km. Reservoir Pastviny with the possibility of swimming, water sports and boat hire 12 km. Fishing in the pond (permits required) 1 km. Forest 200 m. Own tennis court by the cottage.
