Freestanding two-storey cottage built in 2006 standing on the edge of a forest on a hillside. Entrance, a hallway with a stairway to the upper floor. On the ground floor residential kitchen with seating and dining area, tiled stove, TV and access to the covered terrace. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob (4 hotplates), dishwasher, refrigerator, oven in stove, microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom with corner shower, washing machine and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. First bedroom with two double beds and a TV. The second bedroom also has two double beds. The building is heated by tiled stoves and electric heating (bathroom). The cottage is situated on a partially fenced 3000 m2 large plot, which is fenced with a hedge. Available outdoor covered seating area with a fireplace and in the summer months is available swiming pool (average 4.60m with filtration). Own car park at the property.

In the eastern part of Bohemia, at the foot of the Orlic mountains, in a remote area near the village of Heroltice approximately 5 km from the town of Štíty and approximately 30 km from the town Šumperk. Heroltice village is located on the former border of Moravia and Bohemia, on the eastern slopes of the Eagle Mountains. The cottage is situated in a secluded, on the edge of a forest, on a slope, at an altitude of 530 meters, within walking distance of the center of Heroltice. At this place you will find peace and privacy, you can be only disturbed by the wildlife. This area offers plenty of opportunities for tourists, cyclists and individuals who are seeking for place to relax from everyday rush.
