Description of accommodation

Newly built in 2021, a modern ground-floor cottage with fitness, jacuzzi, infrared sauna and a spacious garden with a terrace and a large heated pool. Living room with sofa, dining table, table football and TV. The living room is directly connected to the kitchenette with electric stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms in total. All with one double bed and wall-mounted TV. A fitness room with exercise machines and a jacuzzi is available (for a fee). Bathroom with massage shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, dryer and infrared sauna. Heat pump heating and air conditioning. In the partially fenced garden, guests can make full use of covered seating, a garden fireplace, a trampoline, ping pong and a large inground pool with heating (operation from 1.5. to 30.9.). Parking at the cottage for up to 3 vehicles.

Note on accommodation

Pets allowed (CZK 115/pet/night). Refundable deposit CZK 4,000. Actual electricity consumption is paid on site. Fee for fitness and hot tub (CZK 1,500/4 days, CZK 2,000/week, must be reported in advance due to the use of fresh water). Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price of the stay. The property is suitable for 6 people (the possibility of a 7th person for an additional payment of CZK 500/night on the spot). ,-

Location description

In the Ore Mountains, in the Ústí Region, 15 km from Chomutov, approx. 30 km from Most and 11 km from the German border. The cottage can be found in the peaceful cottage village of Svahová near the village of Jirkov. The accommodation is very suitable for a year-round holiday. In the summer, the location is widely used, especially for engaging trips around the Ore Mountains and visiting places such as the zoo and the famous alum lake in Chomutov (15 km), the castle Červený Hrádek (9 km), the royal city of Kadaň (35 km), the rope park and the bobsleigh the Klíny railway (16 km) or the cities of Teplice and Klášterec nad Ohří. In winter, you can use a number of ski areas and slopes in the near and wider surroundings. You can go on foot to the Helenčín Waterfalls, about a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
