Description of accommodation

Detached chalet, comfortably and cozy furnished. Entrance, hall, living room with the three-piece suite (fold out bed), satellite TV-set, video-recorder and DVD player, radio/CD player, open fire and with entrance to a roomy terrace. Small kitchen with a dining table, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. First floor is closed. In the second floor there are bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and second bedroom with a double bed. Second toilet and a basin. Central electric heating. Garden is not fenced, garden furniture with a sun-umbrella, garden open fire and a round swimming pool (diameter 3,6 m) at disposal. Private parking place.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Clients are asked to take their own bedlinen, or they can rent ir for fee EUR 5,-/person/week. Final cleaning EUR 25,-/stay. The electricity consumption shall be paid on spot (in the winter season is the payment for electricity approximately cca CZK 1.000,- / CZK 1.500,- per week). The house is suitable for max. 5/6 adults + 1 baby.

In Krušné Mountains, at the edge of a small recreational settlement near to the village Mariánská, c. 6 km to the west from the spa town Jáchymov and 25 km to the north from the world-known spa Karlovy Vary, where every year in the summer an international film festival takes place. The chalet stands in a gentle slope, near to the woods, c. 800 m above sea level. Fine view of meadows and wooded hills. Ideal place for summer and winter holiday, good possibilities for walking, cycling and for visiting the sights. In the area of 12-70 km there are few spa towns. The highest peak Klínovec (1244 m), chateau Klášterec nad Ohří, castle Bečov nad Teplou, ruin Andělská hora etc.
Distances: Shop (Jáchymov) 6 km, supermarket (Ostrov) 11 km, restaurant (on foot) only 500 m. Out-door swimming pool (Ostrov) 11 km, aquapark (Klášterec) 35 km, in-door swimming pool and sauna (Potůčky) 23 km. Salt-cavern and sauna (Jáchymov) 6 km. Tennis courts (Pernink) 13 km. Beautiful golf course (Karlovy Vary) 29 km, horse-riding (Děpoltovice) 11 km. Swimming and water sports (Ruprechtov) 12 km or in a large recreational pond with a slide (Sokolov) 40 km. Out-door swimming pool, water sports and boat rental (Nechranice) 45 km. Woods 50 m.
Winter info: Ski area Pernink 13 km (4 ski-lifts, ski-school, ski rental and evening skiing). Ski area Boží Dar and Neklid (6 ski-lifts and a few slopes) 8 km. Another ski area Klínovec (8 ski-lifts and 6 km of slopes, night skiing, children-slopes) 10 km. Ski-bus stop 0,6 km.
