Description of accommodation

Free-standing cottage, renovated in 2000, cosily furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, dining table for 2 persons, Sat-TV, stereo-set and a fireplace. Open kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, two electric hotplates, refrigerator, coffee-maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with tub and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and a single bed and the second with a double bed, a single bed, the possibility of one extra bed and balcony. Electric central heating. Cottage stands in non-fenced garden and is from all sides embosomed with greenery. There are garden furniture with parasol, pergola with a garden fireplace, sand pit and swing at disposal. Private parking.

Note on accommodation

Cot on request and for fee (EUR 16,-/cot/week). One dog allowed (for fee). Non-smoking house. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for maximal 6 persons + 1 baby.

Location description

In the Ore mountains, the holiday settlement on the edge of village Haj pod Klinovcem. Cottage stands on the slope, at the foot of the mountain Klinovec (which is with its 1244 meters the highest peak of the Ore Mountains), ca 29 km north of the world-famous spa Karlovy Vary. House stands at an altitude of about 1020 meters above the sea level and from the house is a wonderful view of the meadows and wooded hills. In the surroundings there are found many sightseeings - such as spa Karlovy Vary (there is held world-famous film festival every July) 29 km, chateau Klasterec nad Ohri 18 km, spa-town Jachymov 10 km, castle-ruin Andelska Hora 39 km. Nice cycling paths.
Distances: Basic foods 1,5 km, supermarket (Bozi Dar) 4 km and (Vejprty) 10 km, restaurant 200 and 500 m. Aquapark (Klasterec nad Ohri) 17 km, indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness and renting of bicycles in the hotel Nastup 500 m. Out-door swimming pool (Ostrov nad Ohri) 20 km, in-door swimming pool (Jachymov) 16 km. Swimming and water sports running in dam (Nechranice) 26 km. Golf course (Karlovy Vary) 31 km. The forest 500 m.
