This house is really great! Free-standing, in 2006 newly built and very comfortable, pleasant and snug, furnished with a great passion for details. Entry, corridor, living room with sitting area, tiled fireplace stove, sat-TV and DVD. Dining room with dining table and access to the terrace. Modern open kitchen with bar, gas stove with electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Luxury bathroom with shower and access to the sauna. Separate toilet. Upstairs there is a hall with a seating area and two bedrooms – the first with a double bed and the second one with four single beds. Central gas heating, in the bathroom on the ground floor floor-heating. The house stands on its own non-fenced ground, there is garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace, sand-pit and swing at disposal. Own parking lot.

Baby cot and Wifi on request. Pets are not allowed. Table-football. Non-smoking house. The consumption of electricity and gas shall be paid on the spot. Firewood for a fee of € 4/basket. In the Ore Mountains, in a pleasant holiday colony near the village Marianska, ca. 5 km southwest of the town Jachymov and about 22 km from the world-famous spa Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). The house stands in the south-facing slope with the view of the mountain valley. Right at the house spreads a large mixed forest and beautiful mountain meadows. Surroundings offer good conditions for a quite a few of activities - running various sports, hiking and cycling or taking trips. In this area are found many cultural and historical sightseeings – e. g. spa town with a museum Jachymov 5 km, the beautiful spa town Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) 22 km (here takes place well-known film festival every year in July), “Svatosske“-rocks, several view-towers, the Jesus-path to the top of the mountain Bozi Dar 8 km, nature reserve and moorland Bozi Dar 8 km, the ruins of castle Andelska Hora 28 km, Loket castle 32 km, chateau Becov nad Teplou 42 km, chateau Klasterec nad Ohri 34 km, manor park with a gallery Ostrov 12 km and more.
