Detached chalet, newly built in 2008 and very pleasantly and comfortably furnished. In the interior there is much wood used. Entrance, hall, living room with sofa for 3 persons (extra bed for 2 persons as well), dining table for 6 persons, fire-stove and satellite TV-set with DVD. Open plan kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-kettle and microwave oven. Pretty bathroom with corner bath and toilet. On the ladder stair you will get to the attic, where you can find two bedrooms – one with double bed and the second with double bed and a single bed. In one of the bedrooms satellite TV-set and balcony are available. Electric heating, on the ground floor - floor heating. The chalet stands on a non-fenced property, two terraces (one roofed), garden furniture and mobile barbecue at disposal. Own parking place.

In Krusne Mountains, quite in the hamlet (in the surroundings stand only about 4 other houses), on the hill, ca. 740 m above sea level, at a brook about 10 km to the north from the town Chomutov and only about 14 km from the border with Germany. The chalet stands in the middle of wonderful mountain countryside with a beautiful view of the panorama of Krusne Mountains. In the surrounding of the chalet you can find tourist and bicycle routes. World-known spa Karlovy Vary 60 km, capital Prague 100 km, a few chateaus and ruins within 21 – 38 km.
