Detached two-storey cottage on its own fenced land, pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Entrance, living room connected with kitchen. Kitchenette with stove (gas), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer (in the hallway), coffee maker, kettle and kitchenware. Living room with dining table for 6 persons, seating group, radio, TV and wood-burning stove. Bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs second bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet. Heating of the cottage – centrally with gas or local stove. Guests have at their disposal a garden sitting, portable grill, fireplace and aboveground swimming pool with a filtration and a diameter of 3.6 m. Parking by the cottage for 2 cars.

In the Ore Mountains, on the outskirts of a small village Bublava, 45 km northwest of the famous Karlovy Vary and only 2 km from the German border. The cottage is situated on its own slightly sloping garden with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and the opposite ski slope. Viscinity of the cottage offers good conditions for hikers (marked routes) and cyclists. A hike to the Bleiberg Lookout Tower, 500 meters away, is one of the trips worth taking. Explore the famous 12th-century Loket Castle (37 km), the ruins of Hartenberk (27 km), the Bečov nad Teplou Castle and Chateau (54 km), the Jindřichovice Castle (18 km), the Favorit (21 km), Františkovy Lázně (44 km) or museum of Jan Becher (Karlovy Vary) 43 km. Very interesting phenomenon in the village are Bublavské cascades. Swimming outside garden pool offers several natural pools in the area - Nivy (24 km), Lake Boden (30 km), Bílá Voda (35 km), Pískovna (36 km) and swimming pool Sokolov (32 km). The whole region is renowned for its spas, you can visit for example Františkovy Lázně (41 km) or Karlovy Vary (44 km). Passionate golfers will be thrilled thanks to 4 courses available - Golf Club Luby (23 km), Golf Sokolov (32 km), Golf Club Františkovy Lázně (43 km) and several golf courses around Karlovy Vary. In Karlovy Vary at the beginning of July there is also a world-famous film festival, a pleasant variegation of your stay.
