In southern Bohemia, 20 km southeast of České Budějovice and 30 km east of Český Krumlov. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the small town Trhové Sviny. The location is perfect for rest and relaxation. There is a forest for walks, which is only 50 m from the cottage, here especially children will appreciate the interesting trail, or visit ZOO Dvorec less than 4 km from the cottage. Zumberk Fortress (10 km) is a place which is worth the attention. Nové Hrady, 15 km away, offers beautiful nature, a 13th-century castle and a picturesque chateau. The biggest attraction here is undoubtedly the Terčino údolí park with a nature trail and the main goal - an artificially created waterfall. The waterfall freezes in winter and turns into an icefall. When visiting southern Bohemia, you should not forget the romantic town of Český Krumlov. Above the city rises a charming castle and chateau, which provides a unique atmosphere. In the castle garden you can visit the natural theater with a revolving auditorium or the summer house Ballarie. Lovers of good beer will certainly appreciate the visit to the town of České Budějovice, where the world-famous Budweiser Budvar brewery comes from. Those interested can also take part in a tour ending with a local beer tasting. Another pearl of the South Bohemian region is one of the most beautiful castles in the Czech Republic - Hluboká Castle. Several sightseeing routes pass through the chateau, and for art lovers there is the Aleš South Bohemian Gallery next to the chateau.

We have more than 30 years of experience in renting cottages and other recreational houses! Our specialization is in renting cottages and recreational houses across the entire Czech Republic, with a minority of houses also located in Slovakia. In 1990, we started as a Dutch company that offered accommodation in the Czech Republic for clients mainly from the Benelux, Germany and Great Britain. Over the years, the transformation from a Dutch company to a Czech one took place, when we successfully developed into a medium-sized organization offering a high-quality product of several hundred cottages and holiday houses with websites in four language versions. In addition to Czech clients, we also have clients from Germany, Holland and other European countries.
