Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The cottage is heated by a fireplace. Fenced garden with seating, grill, fireplace and outdoor shower. Parking for 2 vehicles at the object.

In South Bohemia, on the outskirts of the quiet village of Petříkov, surrounded by many ponds and dense forests, about 22 km south of the town of Třeboň. The cottage is located in the cottage area of the village, right next to the forest, making the place ideal for relaxation and mushroom picking. Whole area is suitable for hiking and cycling. There are many trails in the surroundings, either along the dams of a great number of ponds, or across the whole Třeboňsko Protected Landscape Area, which starts just 4 km from the cottage. Local attractions include peat trail in Červené Blato (4 km), Dvorec Zoo (12 km), Nové Hrady Castle (10 km), waterfall in Terčino valley (13 km), Žumberk Fortress (12 km) or extraordinary church of the Holy Trinity near Trhové Sviny (13 km). Another place worth visiting is undoubtedly the spa town of Třeboň (22 km). Visitors can expect a historical center, a renaissance chateau with a garden, a neo-gothic Schwarzenberg tomb and much more.
