Freely standing House with a terrace, nicely and comfortably furnished in wood style. Entry, porch with a sitting area (rattan furniture), from which you enter the living room, the bath room and take the stairs up to the attic. The living room offers a sitting suite for 5 persons, TV, dining table in the corner form for 5 persons, fire stove and a partially separated open kitchen. The kitchen has a 2-plate-cooker, fridge, kettle and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. In the attic there is the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. A door from the bedroom leads to the balcony. There is a large plot by the house ( 700 m2) with a garden, partially surrounded with a hedge fence and adjoining the river, with garden furniture (table and 2 benches) with a portable grill and a swing bench. There is a parking lot for 3 cars by the object and a little garden house for safeguarding bikes.

In South Bohemia, on the edge of a small fairytale holiday village standing on the banks of river Malse, in the vicinity of the village Mostky, about 5 km from the town of Kaplice, 25 km to the south from Ceske Budejovice. The Holiday house stands in a garden surrounded with hedge fence, which supplies privacy. The river Malse flows about 15m from the house. The Holiday house is ideal starting point for hiking and cycling – only 15 km from the border with Austria. The surroundings offer many possibilities for various trips – for example the town of Ceske Budejovice 25 km with the historical monastery, old bohemian town of Nove Hrady 23 km and the historical town and castle Cesky Krumlov 22 km ( UNESCO ), monastery town of Zlata Koruna 26 km and many others.
Distances: Basic food store and restauran (Zamecek ) 500 m and (Kaplice) 5 km, supermarket and all civic facilities (Kaplice) 5 km. Swimming in the river in front of the house and in a water reservoir with a sand beach 800 m. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool, sauna and other sports and cultural facilities (Ceske Budejovice) 25 km. Tennis playground (Kaplice) 5 km. Golf grounds (Svachova Lhotka) 20 km.
