Free-standing cottage, built in 1985. In the basement is a common room with large dining table for 8 persons, fireplace and entry to the garden. On the ground floor there is a living room with sitting area (folding dubble bed), fireplace, TV and enter the balcony. Kitchen with two gas plates, electric kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the floor are two air-conditioned bedrooms (no doors, only a curtain), one with double bed and one with four separate beds. The cottage stands on its own land with garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace, and table tennis. Own parking.

Small dog allowed. Baby cot on request. Two bicycles for a fee after agreement at disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Clients have to take their own bedlinen. House is suitable for a maximum of 4/5 persons.

In southern Moravia, in the holiday village near the forest on the outskirts of the village Rychtářov, approximately 7 km north-west of Vyškov. From the balcony is a view of the woods, Drahanská Highlands, Opatovice dam (drinking water for the region) and the Moravian Gate. Beautiful cycling and walking trails, collection of mushrooms, forest berries and fishing. This area can offer a lot of trips thru the woods, by foot or bicycle. Cycling in the valley of the river Little Hana, the possibility of mushrooming. In Vyškov you can visit aquapark, a small ZOO, DinoPark, futher hipoterapy center, sports complex, monuments, museums and more. The historical town Slavkov monument battle of Austerlitz, Slavkov castle, golf course and beach volleyball 25 km. The beautiful landscape of Moravian Karst, pond and water sports 20 km. Moravian Karst caves Macocha, Sloup and Šošůvská 20-25 km. Castles Vyskov 8 km, Bucovice 25 km, Blansko 30 km and Kroměříž 40 km.
Distances: Basic food and restaurant in the village and 1 km (Dědice) 5 km, supermarket and restaurant (Vyskov) 8 km.
