Freestanding cottage, renovated in 2017, cozy and purposefully furnished. Entrance through the porch, living room with dining table, sitting (at the same time a sofa bed - extra bed for 1-2 persons), a fireplace and satellite TV (from the 2018 season). Small kitchenette with electric cooker, small electric oven with stove, fridge, kettle and microwave. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony and access to the second bedroom with two single beds. Heating by electric heaters. The cottage stands on an fenceless forest meadow, with garden furniture, a parasol, a fireplace and a portable grill. Own parking.

In the protected landscape area „Luzicke hory“ (Luzicke Mountains), in as small holiday village (only 4 cottages) not far from the village Kytlice – Falknov, ca. 15 km north of town Ceska Lipa. The cottage stands in forest, on a very quiet place with minimum traffic (only the owners of the cottages) – your children can play safely outside. This area is well-known and visited especially for its realy beautiful scenery with many hills, valleys and rivers. Ideal for those, who wish for restful holiday in the arms of natur. Good conditions for hiking and cycling. In the surroundings there are found many natural interestingnesses and kultural sightseeings – e. g. national park „Cesko-Saske Svycarsko“ with famous rock formations and „Pravcicka brana“ 10 km, the ruin of the castle Tolstyn 9 km, monastery Ceska Lipa 17 km, chateaus Zakupy 25 km, Lemberk 18 km and Benesov nad Ploucnici 20 km and castle Bezdez 40 km.
