Detached cottage on its own unfenced plot, after reconstruction in 2018. Entrance, glazed porch with dining table for 7 people. Central living room connected to the kitchen. Kitchen with two-burner gas stove, gas oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and kitchenware. In the living room seating group (foldable into an extra bed for 2 people), radio, LCD TV and fireplace. Up the stairs in the attic is the gallery with a single bed, from which is the entrance to the bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The ground floor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Heating of the cottage locally with a stove + electric heater in the bathroom. Guests have a partially fenced garden, a spacious covered pergola with seating and a fireplace, and a garden house for children. Parking by the cottage for 2-3 cars.

In South Bohemia, 23 km northwest of Lipno nad Vltavou and 24 km southwest of Český Krumlov. The cottage is located in the recreation area Radslav, 4 km from Černá v Pošumaví. The excellent location just 100 m from the shores of Lipno will be appreciated not only by families with children, but also by fishermen. Another large sandy beach awaits you 200 m from the house. A 4 km walk will take you to the Velké bahno Natural Monument, where you can see endangered species of animals and plants. In the summer months, it is worth visiting Windy Point in Černá v Pošumaví. Windy Point is suitable for children, also offers water attractions and a sandy beach. We would definitely recommend to cyclists an inexhaustible number of cycling routes that lead around the Lipno Dam and offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. In Frymburk, 15 km away, there is the possibility of a ferry that will take you and your bike to the other bank of the dam. For in-line skaters, there is an almost 12 km long Jezerní in-line trail that leads from Frymburk to Přední Výton. In the wider area is the picturesque castle Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The castle is steeped in the legend of the White Lady and is worth a visit. Another monument is the State Castle and Chateau Český Krumlov (24 km). The castle is one of the most important monuments in Central Europe and boasts beautiful views of the city. The town of Český Krumlov also offers a visit to the Graphite Mine, where a mining train will take you underground and you will be able to experience first-hand conditions in which the miners worked.
