Holiday cottage near the dam, with three bedrooms, balcony, spacious covered terrace and view of Lipno. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle and sink. Living room with sofa (foldable extra bed), dining table, TV, fireplace and access to the balcony. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, narrow double bed (width 140 cm) and access to the second balcony. Second bedroom with a double bed and access via ladder to attic with sleeping area with mattresses. Heating of the property by fireplace. Guests have access to a garden with a covered pergola with seating and a garden fireplace. Parking at the cottage for 2 vehicles.

In the Šumava Mountains, in the popular Kobylnice recreational area, just 500 m from Lake Lipno, 3 km east of Lipno nad Vltavou, approximately 28 km from the historic town of Český Krumlov and 15 km from the Austrian border. The cottage is located in the quiet cottage village of Kobylnice and has a direct view of the dam from the balcony. The entire Lipno area offers ideal conditions for summer and winter holidays, excellent opportunities for swimming, fishing, water sports and various trips to nearby sights. Among the many attractions, the historic town of Český Krumlov with its beautiful chateau and castle (UNESCO cultural heritage, 28 km), Rožmberk Castle (19 km), the Vítkův Kámen ruins (18 km), Vyšší Brod Monastery (13 km) or the treetop trail and bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou (5 km).
