Description of accommodation
A free-standing brick cottage with a terrace, a balcony and a view of the Lipno dam. On the raised ground floor, a living room with a dining table, rattan armchairs, a wall-mounted TV, a fireplace and access to the terrace. From the living room there is access to the kitchen with an electric hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with shower and sink. Separate WC. Two bedrooms in the attic. The first with a double bed, a single bed, a 4th bed suitable for children under 12 years of age and access to the balcony. Second bedroom with double bed. Heating of the cottage with a fireplace. Guests have available outdoor seating on the terrace, a second seating area in their own garden, a garden grill and a fireplace. The possibility of storing bikes in the garage. Parking in front of the cottage for 2 vehicles.

Pets allowed (smaller breed, fee 500,-/pet/week). The price of the stay includes Wi-Fi connection. Bed linen and towels will also be prepared for you on site. A refundable deposit of CZK 3,000 is payable on the spot. There is running water in the cottage. The property is suitable for 5 adults and 1 child under 12 years of age.

In South Bohemia, by the Lipno dam, in the Šumava protected landscape area, 15 km from Frymburk and 25 km from Český Krumlov. The cottage is located in the cottage area of Karlovy Dvory, 3 km from Horní Planá and less than a kilometer from the Lipno dam. Cottage has a beautiful view at the dam directly from the terrace. Visitors can look forward to a wealth of activities here - boat and paddle boat rentals, steamboat cruises on the dam, a treetop trail in Lipno nad Vltavou, a network of well-maintained cycle paths along the banks of the Lipno, restaurants, cafes... You can do all this and much more here.You can also visit, for example, the monastery in Vyšší Brod (33 km), nearby Austria, the Olšina educational trail (9 km), the medieval town of Český Krumlov (25 km) or aquaworld and the bobsleigh track in Lipno nad Vltavou, which will be especially appreciated by families with children (23 km).
