Entrance, hallway, living room with a sofa (sofa can also be used as an extra bed), dining area, wood stoves and satellite TV. Open kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Shower. Separate toilet with a washbasin. In the attic there are two bedrooms - first with a double bed, sitting area, balcony and entrance to a second bedroom with three beds side by side. Heated by wood stoves. The cottage stands on its own unfenced land, there is a pergola, wooden table and benches, garden swing and fireplace to disposal. Own parking.

In the Bohemian forest, in the area around the Lipno lake, on the outskirts of the village Posudov, about 3 km west of the town Frymburk. The cottage stands on the edge of a small holiday village about 1,5 km from the Lipno lake. This area offers ideal conditions for swimming, hiking and cycling, picking forest fruits, as well as making sightseeing boat cruises and visiting an attractions and sights in the area. You can admire the beauty of the Bohemian forest, visit Černé a Čertovo (Black and Devils) lake, the ruins of the castle Vítkův Kámen (by ferry) 8 km, a monastery in Vyšší Brod 23 km, The castle Rozmberk 33 km, a historic town with a beautiful castle Cesky Krumlov 29 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 36 km.
