Entrance (simple steps) through the covered terrace, living room with sofa (possibility of extra bed ), fireplace, TV with set-top box and access to the kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, 4 gas rings, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Two bedrooms, each with double bed (two beds together). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Gas central heating (coin operated). The bungalow stands on its own plot, there is garden furniture (aluminum), barbecue, outdoor fireplace and a fixed table tennis at disposal. Private parking.

On the Lipno lake, almost secluded, on the edge of a forest and just about 250 m from the lake, near the popular holiday settlement Lojzovy Paseky, about 6 km to the west of the town of Frymburk and at an altitude of about 820 m and about 30 km from the border with Austria. From the terrace you can overlooks the greenery and rich forests in the surroundings. Ideal place for a family holiday near water, perfect for cycling, surfing, fishing (license required), hiking, boat cruises on the lake, mini golf, pony rides for the kids, berry picking and various trips. Vyssi Brod Monastery, as well as rental of rafts for whitewater rafting 24 km, castle Rozmberk 34 km, castle and historic town of Cesky Krumlov with many romantic alleyways and terraces 30 km, castle ruins Vitkuv Kamen 11 km (by ferry ), monastery Zlata Koruna 38 km. Additional points of interest include chateau and zoo Hluboka nad Vltavou, the South Bohemian metropolis Ceske Budejovice, castle and spa Trebon, the village Holasovice (UNESCO), fortress Žumberk and much more.
