Open kitchen with another dining table for 2 persons, refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hob and hot air oven, microwave, kettle, extractor hood and entrance to the terrace. Two bedrooms, one with one double bed and one extra bed (folded arm chair) and the other with triple bed – one double and one single bed linked together and television. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Central heating with electricity and fireplace. The bungalow stands on an unfenced land, there is garden furniture with parasol and garden grill to disposal. Parking on site by the property.

In the Bohemian Forest, in a popular recreation area Kobylnice, only about 800 m from the Lipno lake, about 3 km southeast of the village Lipno nad Vltavou, about 24 km from the historical town of Cesky Krumlov and only 30 km from the border with Austria. Beautiful location surrounded by greenery, on the edge of the forest, on a gentle slope. From the house there is a magnificent view of the woodland and partly on the water area of the Lipno lake. Ideal for family holidays, excellent opportunities for swimming, fishing, water sports and making many of various trips. From the many attractions lets name for example historical town Cesky Krumlov with a beautiful castle (on the UNESCO World Heritage Site) 24 km, castle Rozmberk 22 km, the ruins Vitkuv Kamen 10 km (using the ferry in Frymburk), monastery Vyssi Brod 15 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 35 km.
