Detached cottage, nicely and comfortably furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sitting area for 6 persons, dining corner, sat-TV, fire stove and entrance to terrace. Open kitchen with gas stove, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilette. In the attic there is a small hall with a sitting and two bedrooms - the first bedroom (no door, only curtain) with three single beds and entrance to balcony and the other bedroom with two single beds (folding door). Heated by fire stove with heat distribution into the rooms. The garden is partly fenced with a hedge, there is garden furniture with parasol and fireplace to disposal. Own parking.

No pets allowed. Wifi at disposal. There is a possibility to rent five bikes and bike helmets, after agreement with the landlord and for a fee. The consumption of electricity is in the price included, the consumption of firewood shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for maximum of 5 persons.

Location description
At the Lipno lake, at the edge of a small recreation settlement Karlovy Dvory, about 3 km east of town Horni Plana and 45 km far from the border with Germany. The cottage stands on a quiet place only 400 m from the lake, on a slight slope, near forest, at 880 m above sea level. From the cottage there is a beautiful view (partly over the roofs of other cottages) of the Lipno lake and the hills with deep forests behin it. The surroundings offers ideal conditions for swimming, water sports, hiking and cycling along the Lipno lake. From the many interesting places, lets point out for example the historical romantic town Cesky Krumlov (UNESCO) with a castle and many narrow streets with restaurants and terraces 25 km, monastery Zlata Koruna 31 km, castle Rozmberk 40 km, ruin Vitkuv Kamen 38 km (possibility to go cross the lake by ferry to Dolni Vltavice – 24 km). Through the surrounding beautiful nature of Sumava mountains lead many cycling and hiking trails. Worth visiting is for example the Schwarzenberg canal and mountain lakes Cerne and Certovo.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurants (Horni Plana) 3 km. In Horni Plana there also is an outdoor swimming pool, boats rental, possibility of motorboats rides and horseback riding. Outdoor swimming pool with grass beach, tennis and minigolf (Jenisov) 2 km. Indoor swimming poll and sauna (wellness hotel Frymburk) 13 km. Swimming, water sports and fishing (permit necessary) on Lipno lake 400 m. Renting of catamarans (Hurka) 1 km. Golf court (Slupecna) 19 km.
