Free-standing wooden cottage, practically furnished. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, dining table for 6 persons, TV, wood stove and access to a partially covered terrace. Open kitchen with gas stove with electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the attic, where you get by a steeper stairs, there are two bedrooms – the first with two single beds and the second with two single beds and an access to a covered balcony. The cottage stands on a large fenced land, fenced by a high hedge, there is a spacious, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a porch, a garden sitting (table and benches) and garden grill to disposal. Parking in the garage or on the land by the cottage.

One pet is allowed. There is a possibility of renting boat for a fee EUR 5,-/day. Available space for storing bikes and a small hatchery for fish storage. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The cottage is suitable for up to 4 persons. With a lower occupancy in the low season, a discount is provided: for 2 persons 8 698, - CZK / week / object, for 3 persons 9648, - CZK / week / object.

In the Bohemian Forest, a beautiful place only 150 m from the shore of the Lipno lake with a large sandy beach with gradual entry into a water. Cottage is situated on the very edge of the cottage settlement Radslav, about 3 km southwest from the town Cerna v Posumavi. An ideal place for a quiet family holiday - from the terrace you have a stunning view of the lake. This popular recreational area offers excellent conditions for fishing, swimming, doing water sports, hiking and cycling and collecting berries. On the Lipno lake you can take a sightseeing trips with a steam-boat. In the surrounding there are also many attractions and landmarks - you can admire the beauties of the Bohemian Forest, visit the lakes Cerne and Certovo (Black and Devils), the ruins of Vitkuv Kamen (by ferry) 5 km, a monastery in Vyssi Brod 30 km, a castle Rozmberk or a historical town with a beautiful chateau Cesky Krumlov castle (on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list) 25 km.
