Small but well equipped open kitchen with 2 plates, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and dining bar with 4 chairs. Bathroom with shower and toilet (it is necessary to be thrifty with the water). Upstairs via bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds. Balcony. Non-fenced property with fire pit. Own parking-site.

In South Bohemia, in holiday village Karlovy Dvory, 4 km southeast of Horni Plana. Atractive location at the edge of forest and only 400 m from known holiday dam Lipno (water area 5000ha). There You can swim, do water sports and surfing or rent boats. Bungalow stands on a hill with nice view. The nearest shop and restaurant 500 m, other in Horni Plana 4 km. Around dam Lipno there are marked cycle-ways. A lot of sights in surrounding – nature baeuties of Bohemian Forest, historical town Cesky Krumlov 25 km, monastery Vyssi Brod and Zlata Koruna and town and castle Rozmberk.
